ABOUT
"SynlakrosS are one of the few bands that have great songs are and just as much fun to watch. Very heavy with a lot of class."
- MIKE LEPOND, BASSIST OF SYMPHONY X (NUCLEAR BLAST)-
"I’m lucky to receive a lot of records, but nothing like SynlakrosS. This band is destined to have a tremendous successful career"
- RICARD ALTADILL - EDITOR OF METAL HAMMER SPAIN.

SynlakrosS is a band built on a foundation of melodic death metal with touches of alternative metal, nu metal, and metalcore. Their music and thematic lyrics deliver a powerful dose of energy, transporting listeners to a rebellious world of adventure. Sharp riffs and pounding rhythms blend with a female voice capable of soft melodies and wild screams that both caress and shake your eardrums.
Their influences include bands such as In Flames, The Gazette, Korn, Slipknot, Dir En Grey, Lamb of God, among others.
SynlakrosS is a Spanish metal band formed in 2008 by Pablo “Roro”, with the full lineup completed in 2010. The band consists of five talented members known for their charismatic stage presence, passionate music, and close connection with their fans. Since the beginning, SynlakrosS has been steadily building a solid worldwide fanbase.
In 2011 they released their demo SynlakrosS, followed in 2013 by their first full-length album Melodichrome. This was followed by the singles “Wish I Had An Angel” (2014) and “Dragon Egg” (2015). That same year, they were crowned WINNERS of the Granito Rock Festival (Metal Category), earning national recognition and the opportunity to share the stage with major Spanish bands such as Saratoga, Vita Imana, and the internationally renowned Angelus Apatrida (Century Media).
Their second album, Death Bullets For A Forajido (May 26th, 2016), received excellent reviews worldwide. This release marked a turning point in their career, allowing them to perform with international acts such as The Agonist and Jinjer (Napalm Records) during their Spanish tours, as well as Primal Fear at Granito Rock Festival. Thanks to this album, they were awarded Breakthrough Band of the Year, Best Album, Best Album Artwork, and Best Music Video by national and international press outlets.
Their evolution continued with Malice Murder (October 16th, 2018), their third album, which blends supernatural horror, violence, satanism, and sensuality. With this release, SynlakrosS toured Portugal, England, and Wales.
0K4M1 (2021) is their fourth album. Tells the story of a half-human, half-alien creature sending a message from somewhere millions of light-years away. A dark yet beautiful album, sad yet full of energy.
After this record, they released Ideas Are Bulletproof (March 2022), an EP featuring three tracks originally included in their 2011 demo. These songs were rewritten and re-recorded to commemorate its tenth anniversary. It’s a short but powerful EP that clearly showcases the band’s musical, technical, and compositional growth over the past decade —a treat for fans of melodic death metal and metal in general.
In 2022, the band won the Resurrection Fest Band Contest, performing at the prestigious Spanish festival alongside Judas Priest, Bring Me The Horizon, Avenged Sevenfold, among others. They also played for the first time in Germany at MISE Open Air, sharing the stage with bands like Rage.
In 2023, they finally carried out their first full European tour —originally planned for 2020 but postponed due to years of COVID restrictions. That year, the band performed in Germany, Switzerland, France, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, England, and Belgium.
In 2024, in addition to releasing the singles “You Only Live Once”, “Bunnies And Bows”, “Mental Breakdown”, and “Freak”—included on their album Mental Parasites, released October 3rd, 2024— they performed at the German festivals MISE Open Air and Andernach Metal Days, and at Hell Open Air in Belgium, sharing the stage with Ensiferum, Onslaught, Crypta, and Cobra Spell.
On October 29th, severe flooding that devastated part of Valencia destroyed their rehearsal space, causing them to lose most of their instruments and equipment. This forced the cancellation of all upcoming events indefinitely. Combined with the personal and health issues affecting Patricia, the band entered a nearly comatose state for almost a year.
Now, SynlakrosS is back with renewed energy. They have just finished recording new songs to be released in 2026, and are planning a European tour for the same year.
